Voluntary demographic disclosures (US EEO Gender, Race/Ethnicity, Veteran Status, Disability) and Work Authorization questions (Visa Sponsorship) enforce a mandatory review flag (requires_review: true). AutoApply AI prepares the response based on your profile but strictly requires your visual confirmation before form submission.
04.How is my personal data and resume handled?
Your resume and personal details are processed ephemerally in RAM solely to calculate field mappings for the active browser tab over an encrypted TLS 1.3 connection. Data is never stored permanently on our servers, never shared with recruiters, and never used to train machine learning models.
05.The autofill didn't trigger on a company's career page. What should I do?
Some enterprise portals wrap application forms inside cross-origin iframes or require you to click 'Apply' to render the form dynamically. Ensure you are on the actual form view. If it still doesn't detect fields, click 'Report Unsupported Form' or email support@autoapply.help with the posting URL.
06.How do I delete my data or reset my profile?
All candidate profile data is stored locally on your device via Chrome's secure storage API (chrome.storage.local). You can click 'Clear Local Data' inside the extension settings or uninstall the extension to permanently wipe all stored information instantly.
